1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Music Jump ("Music Jump," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, discloses and protects information when you use the Music Jump game, website, web store, support channels and related services (collectively, the "Services"). It does not govern third-party services that publish their own privacy notices.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:
- Account and support information: the email address you submit to locate a player profile, support messages and information you choose to provide.
- Purchase information: product, amount, currency, transaction status, payment channel and related order identifiers. Complete card or wallet credentials are handled by the payment provider and are not intended to be stored by this website.
- Game information: progress, scores, selected songs, unlocked content, virtual balances, ball skins and gameplay events.
- Device and log information: browser or app version, device type, operating system, IP address, diagnostic events, timestamps and security logs.
- Temporary website state: this web store keeps the player email and temporary login token in page memory while the store page remains open. Refreshing or closing the page clears this temporary website state.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to provide and maintain the Services; verify player profiles; display available payment channels and products; create and deliver orders; restore purchases; provide support; prevent fraud and abuse; diagnose technical problems; understand service performance; comply with legal obligations; and communicate material service or policy updates.
4. Legal Bases
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information as necessary to perform a contract with you, comply with law, protect legitimate interests such as service security and fraud prevention, or based on consent. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, without affecting earlier lawful processing.
5. Payments
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. When you select a payment channel, relevant account, product and order information may be sent to that provider so it can process the transaction, detect fraud and meet financial compliance duties. The provider's privacy policy governs information it collects directly, including card or wallet credentials.
6. Sharing and Disclosure
We may share information with hosting, analytics, customer support, security, payment and game infrastructure providers that process information for us under appropriate obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process or government request; to protect users, the public or our rights; or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing or transfer of assets, subject to applicable notice requirements. We do not sell personal information for money.
7. Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including account operation, purchase records, fraud prevention, dispute resolution and legal compliance. Retention periods vary by data type and jurisdiction. Temporary login state held by this website is cleared when the store page is refreshed or closed.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted network transmission where supported and access controls for service systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required by local law to consent to data processing. Children should use the Services only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian where required. If we learn that information was collected from a child contrary to applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
10. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction of personal information; object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or appeal a decision. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
11. International Transfers
Service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use recognized transfer safeguards and take steps intended to provide an appropriate level of protection.
12. Third-Party Services
The Services may link to app stores, payment pages, advertising or other third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. Review those notices before providing information.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect service, legal or operational changes. We will post the updated version and revise the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent before material changes take effect.
